The stay was great! Lovely ocean front rental. The property inside was clean. Great that linens were included. The cleaning people, who work hard I am sure, forgot to clean off balcony and it was loaded with sand.Interior: there is no toaster just so others are aware.There was an issue with the tv and the response was quick. They had to replace the tv in living room, which they did but didn’t set it up. There is a second tv in the bedroom and we were able to watch that. On Thursday evening the internet went out. We were not able to reset the box. Quick response on Friday but it wasn’t resolved so we used our phones as hotspot to watch a show in the evening. Quick responses. Great place. Good location

This place was very nice. The location was great for us traveling with a 6 month old. The pool was awesome, the walk to the beach was short and the room was clean and the view of the ocean was very nice. The only problem we had was the door code but was easily resolved in less than 10 min. The host was very professional and kind. Would stay again.

To start with the positive: the view was stunning loved sitting on the balcony and the beach access was a huge plus.
On the downside if the location wasn’t where it was I would’ve pushed to get some money back. Upon arrival the door lock didn’t work, called the line was given a back up code which also didn’t work, called back was given another code that did work. The comforter had two decent sized rips and a stain on it. Also the bathtub drain was clogged and filled up brought it to the hosts attention who said they’d be in touch about fixing it and never did. The floors were dirty we put a towel on the floor to step out of the shower and the bottom of it was brown. Also thought it was odd we were expected to take care of the garbage bins. And only proved one roll of thin toilet paper and told to plan accordingly and buy more if needed. Again, the view is what saved this place.

Pros! Great location and view, steps from the beach. Property management was responsive and helpful.
Cons...Parking was confusing, spots not in order, had to ask office for correct parking number. Upon arrival Door code was wrong had to call management to reset code. Coffee pot not kcup description incorrect, no toaster, dirty dishes in cabinet, floors clearly not mopped.

We had a really nice stay overall, and the location and view were definitely the highlights. The view was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable.
There were a few frustrating issues that kept it from being a 5-star stay. When we arrived, we were given the wrong door code, and it ultimately took three different codes from the management company before we were able to get inside. The whole process took about 15 minutes, which wasn’t ideal after arriving with our things.
The towels were also a strange issue—they shed a lot of white fluff, even after we tried running them through the dryer. We joked that we would come back from the beach covered in sand, shower, and then immediately be covered in white fluff from the towels instead.
Overall, though, the great location, beautiful view, and comfortable bed made this a solid 4-star stay. With a little more attention to the check-in details and linens, it could easily be a 5-star experience.
