The living area opens to the oceanfront balcony, creating an inviting space to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a day on the sand. Smart TVs are provided for streaming in the living area and bedroom. The kitchen is equipped for everyday meals and includes a drip coffee maker (please bring your preferred grounds). The private bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the living room includes a double sleeper sofa for additional guests. A convenient half bath adds extra comfort for longer stays. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. - 2026-09-13T15:51:34Z · 5/5: This place was very nice. The location was great for us traveling with a 6 month old. The pool was awesome, the walk to the beach was short and the room was clean and the view of the ocean was very nice. The only problem we had was the door code but was easily resolved in less than 10 min. The host was very professional and kind. Would stay again.
- 2026-08-22T18:15:11Z · 4/5: We had a really nice stay overall, and the location and view were definitely the highlights. The view was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable. There were a few frustrating issues that kept it from being a 5-star stay. When we arrived, we were given the wrong door code, and it ultimately took three different codes from the management company before we were able to get inside. The whole process took about 15 minutes, which wasn’t ideal after arriving with our things. The towels were also a strange issue—they shed a lot of white fluff, even after we tried running them through the dryer. We joked that we would come back from the beach covered in sand, shower, and then immediately be covered in white fluff from the towels instead. Overall, though, the great location, beautiful view, and comfortable bed made this a solid 4-star stay. With a little more attention to the check-in details and linens, it could easily be a 5-star experience.

- 2026-08-10T18:22:39Z · 4/5: My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Overall we had a good stay. The room was decent sized for the two of us. The kitchen and bathrooms are relatively outdated as well as the washer and dryer. The bedroom was the most updated room and it was nice. Everything seemed in working order, but would be nice to see some updated appliances. The balcony was very nice. The thermostat was easy to adjust and cooled the room fairly well. The condominium as a whole was pretty nice with quick elevators and a big indoor pool. There is no outdoor pool which we knew. Overall a good stay but would likely pick a unit a bit more updated and roomier next time.
