Three brothers, one stretch of Atlantic shore.

A quiet conviction that vacation rentals could be better, and a locally owned company built to prove it, one booking at a time.

Our Story

It started with one unit at Salty Sands

Our family's connection to Ocean City goes back generations. In 1988, our grandparents Brian and Marlene bought a place at Salty Sands on 46th Street, and it became the center of family life. Years later our dad, Andrew, bought a second unit in the building as a rental, and hit the wall every owner knows: high commissions, poor cleaning, weak communication, and barely enough left after the management cut to cover the mortgage and HOA.

The Beginning

One unit was never the vision

After graduating from the University of Maryland, Zachary came to Andrew with a proposal: self-manage the unit, but only as the start of a real business. He moved to Ocean City full time in 2024 and got to work. Alex joined from the University of Florida in May 2025. Max followed in May 2026, working alongside his brothers while finishing his hospitality degree online. One unit was the proof of concept.

What We’ve Built

Book with a local team in Ocean City

What started as one rental has grown into more than 200 short-term rentals across Ocean City, Maryland, and this year we're bringing the same standards to Bethany Beach, Delaware. When you book, you're booking with a local team that manages every property itself.

Three generations on this shore

We know the block before you book it

From Salty Sands summers as kids to living here year-round now, this shore has been the center of our family since 1988. That shows up in how we price, how we pitch, and how fast we can be at your door.

Hands-on pricing

We set rates against what's actually renting this week, then keep adjusting on occupancy for your building and the area. Never set and forget.

Marketing that travels

Modern listings, real photos, and search reach that fills gap nights and mid-week stays, not just Fourth of July.

Text a local team

Guests have texted us for fresh linens and had them in hand inside 15 minutes. That's the bar.

Eyes on every property

We drive by, walk through, and fix things ourselves when it's faster than sending a vendor.
