Enjoy a peaceful coastal retreat with two private balconies, a warm fireplace, and water views that set the tone for a relaxing stay. The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV with cable, and direct access to the furnished balcony. The kitchen comes fully equipped for easy meal prep, with ample counter space and a dining nook for family meals or game night. The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and private balcony access. The second bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and its own Smart TV. Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos provide plenty of convenience for your group. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit. With a fantastic location just a short walk from the beach, this bayside escape delivers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel right at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or that violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. - 2026-07-22T15:55:56Z · 5/5: This condo is in a great location, at beginning of street is Bad Monkey, there is also a sunsations. Loved the views of the bay from the balcony. Will say could be better seating for the bigger balcony it was hard for kids to get in and out of and not really sturdy for an adult. The condo was as pictured and was a nice getaway. Would visit again.
- 2026-07-18T09:30:41.000Z · 5.0/5: Property was clean and as described. Is close to several shops and walking distance to the beach. Stove became inoperable for a day due to the front coming off but someone was sent out the next day to repair it. We were initially told they’d be out in the afternoon but by around 6p, it was still not fixed so we had to make other plans for dinner. Luckily, there were options within walking distance, just inconvenient since we had already purchased/planned our meals for our stay and had to spend money on an alternative. While we were out, let someone know that no one had come out to fix the stove and didn’t hear back. During the time we were out I think someone came out, but it was never communicated with us to confirm.
