The living room features a large sectional, fireplace, and Smart TV, creating an ideal gathering space for your group. Sliding doors open to the main-level balcony, where you can enjoy scenic bay views with your morning coffee or evening drink. The fully equipped kitchen supports easy meal preparation, whether you’re planning breakfast before heading out or winding down with dinner at home. Bedrooms are spread across multiple levels for added privacy, and each bedroom includes its own Smart TV. The primary bedroom also offers access to a private balcony overlooking the bay. This townhome includes central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience during your stay. With multiple sleeping areas and a flexible layout, the home comfortably accommodates families or groups looking to enjoy Ocean City’s downtown atmosphere. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team will respond promptly. While such issues do not qualify for refunds, we always do our best to resolve them quickly. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition. Ocean City enforces strict noise ordinances. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property without refund. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property.
