Perfectly located just steps from the boardwalk and beach, this condo makes it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. Sip your morning coffee or evening drinks on the furnished balcony while watching the Atlantic waves roll in, then head out for a day of fun with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. This oasis is centrally located on the boardwalk, which is super beneficial for the 2026 season without the convenience of the tram being in operation. Inside, modern updates and comfortable furnishings create a bright, relaxing atmosphere. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen Roku TV, and balcony access. The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and both a drip coffee maker and K-Cup machine (please bring your own grounds or pods). A stack washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. The bedroom offers a king bed and its own flat-screen Roku TV, while the full bathroom is updated with modern finishes. With Wi-Fi included, central A/C, and elevator access, your stay will be smooth from start to finish. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. Items are shipped at the guest's sole risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Arrangements for local pickup must be scheduled in advance during business hours. - 2026-09-13T18:59:04Z · 4/5: Overall we enjoyed our stay and the mid location on the boardwalk was wonderful. The unit door batteries were dead but the help desk quickly sent maintenance to replace them. I was confused however on the unit and door entry code and had to call which again got service and instructions immediately. We did find left over food in the bedroom and on the floor under the cabinets. We also only had about 3rd roll of toilet paper and had to buy more.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. Weather was great for our time there and we didn’t need the pool but it was great having that as a backup option. We will be back next year!
- 2026-08-31T13:13:43Z · 4/5: We had a short but good stay. The Airbnb itself was decorated nicely and was fairly clean, but the building is looking a bit old and drab, especially the pool. Our room wasn’t dirty by any means, but it didn’t seem to be cleaned as throughly as I expected. A bit of dust here and there, plenty of sand (which I know is inevitable.) Overall, I’m not dissatisfied and had a great stay, but would not stay at this Airbnb again.
- 2026-08-09T15:48:10Z · 5/5: This was such a great spot on the boardwalk! Just steps away from the beach and a good view of the ocean from the side of the building. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. The Airbnb looked just like the listing pictures and was very clean! Just a heads up that there are luggage carts and an elevator to access the 4th floor. The host was very responsive and quickly got back to us about a TV issue we had early in the week. The team resolved it by the end of the day and we had a smooth rest of our week. We can’t wait to stay here again!
- 2026-07-18T12:19:35Z · 4/5: The place was super cute, clean and met all of our needs. There is a lot of furniture which is good, except when you have a lot of your own stuff with you. No place to put it. Great location, however utilizing a cart into the building was a chore since there were no direct ramps to the building. Parking was far from the building and across a busy street - not ideal. Overall, the price and the place was all great and we’d stay again.
