Designed for comfort and convenience, this home offers a relaxed coastal setting with easy access to both the beach and an impressive lineup of on-site amenities. Inside, the living area provides comfortable seating along with a Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The kitchen is equipped with a pod-style Keurig coffee maker (please bring your preferred pods), making mornings easy before heading out to enjoy the day. The primary bedroom features a King bed, while the second bedroom includes two Twin beds and an additional cot, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families. Two full bathrooms and an iron with ironing board add everyday convenience during your stay. Guests at The Quay enjoy access to heated indoor and outdoor pools, a large game room featuring arcade machines, pool tables, air hockey, ping-pong, basketball and tennis courts, a library, and direct beach access. A seasonal on-site sandwich shop and convenience store are also available during the summer months, along with elevators and 24/7 security throughout the building. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. The condo was quiet, clean, and has a great layout and the host provided the expected basics (typically we book exclusively with super hosts). We were a little disappointed because the beach could only be seen from the corner of the balcony which we felt was a little misrepresented in the pictures (the view we thought we were getting was the tie-breaker between this Airbnb and another). Check-in and check-out was pretty annoying with having to pick the keys up AND drop them off at an office 10 minutes away from the room— hanging a lockbox on the door (like other rooms we passed), or a keypad would go a long way. The $100 to be able to park on the premises is a little annoying too when we were already paying a significant amount of money for a balcony with a small view and a difficult check-in process. Overall we really enjoyed this spot and the space was comfortable, but we’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the pool, the beach, and delicious restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and checkout effortless. Cleanup was simple, and the entire stay was relaxing and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Ocean City! Thank you for a wonderful day, OCVH!
