Inside, the open living space features a Smart TV (streaming only), a dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The kitchen includes a Keurig pod-style coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, ensuring everyone gets their perfect brew. A private washer and dryer and central air conditioning make your stay as comfortable as it is convenient. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. - 2026-09-23T14:51:12.000Z · 4.0/5: I have stayed at multiple different condos at the Golden Sands. This condo was nice. It was clean and the company was very responsive. It could definitely use some updates. Loose plugs in bathroom, some cabinets don’t fully shut, tub drained slow after a shower but the company is going to fix that. Water did get a bit cold by the end of 3 of us showering. Living room and balcony were nice. The kitchen equipment could use some upgrades and it would be nice to be provided with bath mats for each shower and a dish towel but overall has no major issues staying. Price seemed pretty fair. Would stay again if needed.
- 2026-09-13T15:34:27Z · 5/5: This condo was amazing! The view was absolutely gorgeous, and the entire place was extremely clean, comfortable, and well organized. I knew this was going to be a five-star review almost immediately after we checked in. It was the little things that really stood out — even having salt and pepper available on the stove was appreciated. Later, when we brought back some takeout pizza, I noticed the microwave even had a pizza setting for reheating it. Those small conveniences showed that a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. Communication was hands down excellent from beginning to end. Everything was clearly explained, including the simple checklist of do’s and don’ts, and nothing felt excessive or unreasonable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again if the opportunity arises. Five stars without hesitation!
