The main living level features an open-concept design with hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, and comfortable seating that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home and includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar with ample seating for casual meals or morning coffee. Sliding glass doors off the living area lead to the private deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor connection. Upstairs, the bedrooms are bright and welcoming, each offering a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition. No grill use is allowed. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. Short drive to the beach and parking was never an issue. House is spacious and kitchen is equipped with things to make your stay comfortable. Cleanliness of house was okay upon first look but as you got closer to things you could see many areas were overlooked in the kitchen and livingroom. Parking was good. 2 cars in the driveway and then extra passes for additional cars within view of the house. (Street parking with pass is first come first serve) Community pool is small and cute. We would consider staying in that area again.
