When you arrive, you’ll find the elevator conveniently located in the middle of the building under the garage, with luggage carts nearby for easy unloading. There’s also a wash station right next to the elevator — perfect for rinsing off sandy feet and beach gear after a day on the shore. Inside, you’ll enjoy an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen stocked for comfort and convenience. The kitchen features both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, baking sheet, and large cooking pots. Guests will also find a crock pot, waffle maker, cutting board, oven mitts, cake mold, cooking utensils, cups, bowls, plates, and a cheese grater for easy meal prep. For longer stays, there’s a washer and dryer tucked neatly in a closet opposite the oven, along with a mop bucket, making cleanup simple. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. - 2026-05-25T20:15:43Z · 5/5: If you’re looking for a condo walkable to the beach, you can’t beat this location! The condo is steps away from the beach entrance. The condo was easy to find, and we loved that it included parking for 2 vehicles under the building. We felt right at home here, and even though the weather was terrible, and not good for the beach, we still had a great time hanging out as a family. The condo was clean, and it was really nice that each bathroom and the kitchen included a starter kit of essentials. Zach was super responsive and made sure we had all of the necessary information before we arrived. We would absolutely love to return to OC and stay here again- hopefully with beautiful beach weather.
