Located just steps from the sand, this second-floor retreat provides an ideal setting for a relaxing Ocean City getaway with easy access to the Boardwalk, shopping, and local restaurants. The open living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private oceanfront balcony—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or listening to the waves after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a breakfast bar, making meals at home simple and convenient. The primary bedroom offers a Queen bed and a Twin bunk with an attached full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and is located near the second full bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. Central air conditioning and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. - 2026-09-07T19:24:23Z · 4/5: Overall we are satisfied with our stay! There were a few broken things that we notified the host about and they were responsive right away. Only things I feel nit picky about are investing alittle more in things like kitchen supplies, and a nicer couch . Kitchen supplies were very cheap and it should be added in the description that kitchen is minimally stocked (only small pot,etc). Things were pretty clean but I wouldn’t say “very” clean. You’re definitely paying for location/beach front rather than the quality of the place. It is in a nice location. Suitable for just having a minimal place if you’re planning to be outside/at the beach majority of the time.

- 2026-07-29T20:50:57.000Z · 4.0/5: The apartment was obviously remodeled, it is very basic & clean. The apartment is ocean view not ocean front, that was a little deceiving. Access to the beach was wonderful. In the bedrooms there was minimal furniture (no chairs). There were blackout curtains in each bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen needs better pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses. The eating utensils were not easily found. They were under the counter by the stools. The building needs a lot of work and cleaning. Elevator was a wonderful asset. There was no place to shower or rinse off the sand. There were 2 parking spaces available. There is plenty of room under the stairs to place bicycles & beach stuff, but you need to lock them up. It was a very quiet location. My husband & I had a wonderful 4 night get away.
