With direct beach access, a private balcony, and comfortable coastal décor, this unit makes it easy to relax and enjoy Ocean City living. Step into the open-concept living area featuring an electric fireplace, Xfinity cable TV, and a portable fan for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee maker and all the essentials for preparing meals. A half bath and washer/dryer are conveniently located nearby. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private full bath. The bedroom closet holds a vacuum, beach trolley, and extra pillows, while the entry closet includes blankets, linens, and a step stool. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. - 2026-09-17T13:12:10Z · 5/5: We truly enjoyed our time at La Mirage from beginning to end. Email instructions were appropriately timed and informative. The condo was available when we arrived and measured up to the description. There is nothing as satisfying as opening the door and having a front seat to the ocean! The condo was perfect for my friend and me with a master bedroom and full bath, plus single and double sofa-sleepers and half bath. My friend said the pillowtop bed was super comfy. I took a sleeper sofa that has been well-used, but worked well for me. The kitchen was well-stocked and then some with kitchen basics and beyond. We enjoyed sunrises, lunch, a happy hour on the patio overlooking the dunes. Never using the car was another bonus with so many places within walking distance. We had such a great time, we decide this will be an great spot for our new/annual "friend" trip.
