The bright turquoise interior, updated kitchen with granite countertops, and spacious living area create a welcoming and breezy beach retreat. The open living room offers comfortable seating, DirectTV cable, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy peaceful bay views and colorful sunsets. The full kitchen includes granite counters, full-size appliances, drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and bar seating. The king primary suite features DirectTV cable and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and its own TV, with a second full bathroom located nearby. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience throughout your stay. From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we include a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away. If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. It had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies, towels and toiletries, and was very clean as well. The pool was a bit too cold to use for us though. Overall this is a perfect place and location to stay with a group that also provides privacy with separate rooms!

There are many amenities. We enjoyed using the gym and pool, and playing on the pool table. The owner is great at communicating from check-in through check-out.
