This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo combines a relaxed coastal feel with the convenience of being in the center of Ocean City! Start your morning with coffee in a bright, sun-filled space before heading out for a day by the water. When you’re ready for the beach or pool, you’ll have easy access to both. Grab a bite nearby—try Liquid Assets for a unique dining experience or Ropewalk Ocean City for a casual waterfront meal. After a day out, come back and unwind in the comfortable living space. Inside, you’ll have a cozy living room with comfortable seating and an open layout that flows into the kitchen. Gather around the dining area for meals or enjoy quick bites at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances and ample counter space, plus you’ll have a standard drip coffee maker. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. Items are shipped at the guest's sole risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Arrangements for local pickup must be scheduled in advance during business hours. - 2026-08-07T17:27:59Z · 5/5: My favorite part of this place was how close to the beach it is. It’s only one building back but the water and dunes are visible from the main room window and balcony. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The appliances all worked and there is a great market about a block away, across Coastal highway that is a full non-large chain grocery store and had everything I needed. The skye bar had a good vibe and Ron Jon surf shop and other beach supply/souvenir shops were in the same area; everything you need is walkable and convenient. There’s a hotel next door that has a pool and outside bar with music in the afternoon and adds to the vibe. I hardly spent time in the condo other than eating and sleeping and there were only two things I said to myself that I wish were provided (and maybe I just couldn’t find them) but ice trays and broom / dust pan for when sand got tracked in. The host was extremely responsive, the place was the hideout I needed and I’d stay again!
