Located on the second floor just steps from the sand, this coastal retreat offers a fresh, modern feel with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The open-concept living area invites you to unwind with a plush sofa, armchair, and Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker — plus six barstools at the breakfast counter for casual dining or morning coffee before heading out to the beach. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and private en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a twin-over-double bunk bed next to a second bath with a stand-up shower. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy and comfortable. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony with ocean breezes or spend the afternoon by the outdoor pool. With restaurants, mini-golf, shops, and Fenwick Island all close by, Silver Sun 201 puts the best of uptown Ocean City right at your doorstep. ★★ Sleeping Arrangements ★★ ✹ Bedroom 1 – Queen bed (sleeps 2) ✹ Bedroom 2 – Twin-over-double bunk (sleeps 3) ★★ Frequently Asked Questions ★★ Do you provide linens and towels? ✹ Yes. All linens and bath towels are included, and every bed is made prior to arrival. ✹ For your stay, 5 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 3 wash cloths are provided. Is parking available? ✹ Yes. One assigned covered space (6’9” clearance) is included, plus free street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Does this property have a pool? ✹ Yes. A seasonal outdoor pool is available for guest use. When are lifeguards on duty at the beach? ✹ Ocean City lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September. Is there a coffee maker provided, and if so what kind? ✹ Yes. A Keurig pod-style coffee maker is provided. Please bring your own pods. Is an iron provided? ✹ Yes. An iron and ironing board are included. Is beach gear provided? ✹ No, beach gear is not provided. Is there cable TV? Are there Smart TVs? ✹ Smart TV is provided in the living room for streaming. What is the minimum age to rent? ✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. Sorry, we do not rent to Senior Week or similar student groups. What is included in the complimentary starter kit? ✹ Body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge. ★★ Important Notices ★★ We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those set by the Department of the Environment (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations are grounds for eviction under Maryland law. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. Items are shipped at the guest's sole risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Arrangements for local pickup must be scheduled in advance during business hours. - 2026-08-01T17:57:36Z · 5/5: Great place! Very clean, home is as described and pictures portray it accurately. The pool was a nice bonus and was never crowded. Also was always clean. Blankets and sheets are provided but the blankets are thin and I didn’t find them comfortable so be sure to bring your own if that’s something you want. The washer leaked during our stay and the turn around time to replace it was speedy! I appreciated that and the communicative host. Overall, great stay in a great location.

There are restaurants, donuts, and ice cream within walking distance. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool was nice with plenty of seating, a shaded area, and a bathroom. The host was fantastic—communication was great, and they were always quick to reply. Highly recommend!

It was just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. We also loved the beautiful view from the unit and how close it was to the pool. The off-street parking was a great convenience, and the condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Most of all, the hosts were wonderfully friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book Silver Sun 201 again on a future trip!
