Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. The 20th floor had beautiful views but at times it was a challenge to take the elevator without some patience. The primary bedroom had amazing views! Communication from start to finish was easy accommodating and quick. We enjoyed our trip!
