Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. The room had a beautiful view from the balcony. I would bring your own essential cooking utensils as the ones provided were worn and flimsy. But the kitchen was updated and came with initial supplies. We really enjoyed the ice rink as well as the walk-out directly to the beach. There was a lot of activities within walking distance as well. Our groups ages ranged from 12 to 43 and there was entertainment for all! The host was easy to reach and prepared us with all of the information for check in ahead of time. There is also a Food Lion (grocery chain) directly across the street, so it was extremely easy to get items we forgot to pack. All in all we had a great time and will be renting again!
