Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home features canal views from multiple rooms and outdoor spaces, making it an ideal retreat for guests who enjoy being close to the water. The interior offers a bright, open-concept living and dining area with updated finishes and a cozy electric fireplace for cooler evenings. The modern kitchen flows seamlessly into the main living space, while large windows and multiple balconies allow natural light and water views throughout. Step outside to enjoy the spacious waterfront deck, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors, along with a ground-level patio featuring a picnic table and bar seating. Guests can take advantage of the private boat slip, community pool, and bayside picnic area, all while being close to Ocean City’s restaurants, shops, boardwalk, and beach attractions. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. Items are shipped at the guest's sole risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Arrangements for local pickup must be scheduled in advance during business hours. My only reservation was how the issue with the ice maker was handled. I reported around 6:30 PM on our first day that it wasn't working. I was told a handyman would come the next day & gave permission for him to enter if we were out. Nearly 24 hrs passed without an update, so I reached out for the status. I learned he had come & confirmed it wasn't working, but this was never communicated to me. This stood out because they were very responsive with everything else during our stay. My disappointment was the lack of follow-up & how nonchalantly this seemed to be handled. They did apologize, which I appreciated, but it felt more like a standard acknowledgment than anything else. I understand things break, but I expected better communication & follow-through based on previous experiences. Overall, the place was nice and as advertised. We enjoyed our time in OC.

The location was perfect, everything we wanted to do was close by and easy to get to. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
