Inside, the living room offers seating for movie nights and includes a queen sleeper sofa, while the bedroom features two full beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a day in the sun. With Wi-Fi, an elevator, and a seasonal outdoor pool, you’ll have everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable stay. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of nature comes with the Ocean City experience. If something feels off — an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly. While such issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to keep your stay running smoothly. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, including cleanup of vomit or urine. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Ocean City enforces strict noise ordinances under COMAR 26.02.03.02 and Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in eviction under Maryland law. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. - 2026-09-08T12:54:40Z · 5/5: It was clean with lots of storage space in FR & BR. Kitchen is basic & functional. No automatic ice-maker, but ice trays & a blender available. Nice size bathroom with full size tub & shower. Clean linens & towels provided. Think there were 4 chairs on the deck and clothes line with pins to hang wet towels & swim suits. Look over side street & Sunsations roof top but it’s quiet and ac works great.

- 2026-07-24T21:02:13.000Z · 4.0/5: We do have one concern. The outlets that are near the kitchen sink and the bathroom sick should be a gfci to prevent shocks from the water. This was something my husband had noticed and is a safety concern.
- 2026-07-22T13:01:21Z · 5/5: We had a great stay here. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach and it has lots of things to see and do close by. We visited Assateague from here which was a highlight of the trip.
