It is a great location for beach goers, yet on a quiet street. The house was somewhat junky with random stuff in drawers and cabinets, and in need of better outdoor seating and maintenance in the back; however, I highly recommend staying here if clean, comfortable, and location are important to you.

- 2026-06-18T20:53:35Z · 4/5: A peaceful, quiet neighborhood with a beautiful canal view and a wonderful backyard — we loved watching the birds every day. The host communicated well throughout our stay. A few housekeeping issues worth noting: one bathroom had no toilet paper or towels upon arrival, and it took two days to get them delivered. The outdoor trash can was full when we arrived and never emptied during our three-day stay, eventually overflowing and drawing a neighbor's complaint. On our checkout morning, the cleaning crew dropped off linens for the next guest and left the bag blocking our front door as they walked away — we had to flag them down to move it before we could leave. The property itself is lovely, and we hope the host can tighten up the cleaning service to match.
