An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Ocean City enforces strict noise ordinances. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property without refund. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. The condo looked just like the photos with plenty of space for our family. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. The indoor pool was a nice amenity. The host was very communicative and responsive. We would happily stay again!

To the closet spaces to the tvs in every room. Everything looked great. My family enjoyed the trip very much. It offered a oceanfront view and was within walking distance of many local food spots. I would definetly come back soon. Thank you for having us.

The oceanfront view was amazing from the private balcony which provided multiple chairs to relax. The kitchen and eating area was great for large families and provided sufficient dishes, pots/pans, and cooking utensils for preparing meals. The Marigot indoor pool is nice after a day at the beach. We hope to return to this property next year.
