While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. The location was perfect—close to everything, making it easy to walk to the beach, or a short drive to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with an amazing view that made our stay even more enjoyable. We traveled with several couples, and the layout was ideal. There was plenty of room for everyone to spend time together in the common areas while still having their own private space to relax. The building itself was great as well. The pool was clean and well-kept, the ice machine in the office was a convenient bonus, and the elevator was quick, making it easy to get in and out with luggage and beach gear. Overall, this was the perfect place for a group getaway, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing stay in Ocean City!
