The open living area is bright and welcoming, with comfortable seating and direct access to the oversized private balcony. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or winding down after a beach day, the balcony offers serene views of the canal and bay — also accessible from the primary bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area make meals at home easy, while the open layout keeps everyone connected. The condo includes Smart TVs for streaming, Wi-Fi, and in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and private balcony access, creating a relaxing space to recharge. The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements ideal for families or groups, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations. While such issues do not qualify for refunds, we always do our best to resolve them quickly. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. The condo had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, large kitchen table, big balcony with 6 chairs, and 3 TVs in the apartment were added extras. The location is great (close to the beach and next to secrets). Nice dock in front of the condo if you like to fish or take in the sunset. Pool is 8 feet deep and located right next to the bay.
