This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo combines cozy comfort with the convenience of an uptown Ocean City location. Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee and ease into the day before heading out. When you’re ready for the beach, take a short 6–8 minute walk to Ocean City’s shoreline. Looking to satisfy your sweet tooth after dinner? Try Dumser’s Dairyland for a classic beachside treat. After a day in the sun, come back and relax in the comfortable living space or cool off with a dip in the outdoor pool during the summer season. Inside, you’ll have a welcoming living room with comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a TV with cable. Gather for meals or quick snacks with a simple dining setup, and enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for easy vacation meals, including a coffee maker. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. Items are shipped at the guest's sole risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Arrangements for local pickup must be scheduled in advance during business hours. - 2026-07-06T20:57:35.000Z · 4.0/5: Cute little place that’s perfect for 2. The walk to the beach is easy as long as you bring everything you need for the day. A hair dryer would be nice to have included because who wants to pack that? And the water pressure in the shower leaves a lot to be desired. Anyone with thick, long hair will struggle to wash it no matter the setting. Maybe a shower head with a detachable wand would work better? The couch is incredibly comfortable (seriously…you become one with the couch at a certain point), and the queen mattress in the bedroom could learn a thing or two from it.
