Outside, relax on the renovated deck with a picnic table, umbrella, and gas grill, perfect for summer cookouts. The backyard is open (not fenced) and ideal for enjoying the fresh air. - 2026-08-28T12:22:13.000Z · 4.0/5: Overall we had a wonderful time staying in the vacation home. The check in process was well informed and accurate. The lot and inside were uncluttered. Communication with the owner was exemplary. The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood.The turnaround cleaning process needs to be tightened up though, with mold and mildew buildup behind the shower curtain in the corner. There was a bit of sand residue in the primary bedroom upon arrival.

- 2026-07-30T12:25:22Z · 4/5: We enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated finding a pet-friendly Airbnb that accommodated our dog. The location was perfect, conveniently situated between Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach, making it easy to visit both. There were a few things that caught us by surprise. The blankets for the pull-out couch were dusty, and there was more dog hair on the couch than we expected, even for a pet-friendly rental. The water also had a noticeable sulfur-like smell. Safety is especially important when traveling with children, so we were disappointed that most of the window blinds were broken. We had to improvise and cover the windows ourselves for privacy and comfort. Overall, it was a good stay, and with a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this would be an excellent place to stay.
