Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. The check-in and exit directions were easy to follow. The condo was clean and the kitchen well equipped for our needs. Loved that access to you tube live tv was provided so some could watch football games. We stayed in this unit last year and hope to do so next year. Well worth the money!

No hiccups with check in, the instructions were clear and accurate. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely recommend and we’re planing again for next year. Thank you!!!

The condo is ample in space but be cautious of using the washer/dryer at night as it makes noise and did cause us to get a noise complaint. The noise complaint was handled a bit rudely but after messaging the host we were able to help let them know about a potential issue with the washer/dryer.
