Crab feasts await just down the street at Higgins Crab House, and family fun is minutes away at Jolly Roger Amusement Park. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. - 2026-09-07T15:40:41Z · 5/5: While I was initially nervous as this was a newer renovation which meant not a ton of reviews - I am so glad that we stayed here! 33rd street and the Jamaica Bay Condominiums holds a special place in our nostalgic hearts. The location is absolutely ideal! The pool is also nice and barely used. Highly recommend staying here!

- 2026-08-15T14:22:03.000Z · 5.0/5: We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! The rental was perfect for our family of four and being within walking distance to the beach was a huge plus. Overall, the place was pretty clean and comfortable, although it could have used a little more attention in a few areas. A larger kitchen garbage can would have been helpful, and the shower curtain rod kept falling on us, so that definitely needs to be replaced. Other than those small things, we had a wonderful week, made some great family memories, and would definitely consider staying here again!
