After a day out, come back and unwind in your comfortable living space by the water. Inside, you’ll have a comfortable living room with ample seating, a Smart TV, and an open layout perfect for gathering. The pullout couch provides additional sleeping space for guests. Gather around the dining area for meals or enjoy quick bites nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances and everything needed for your stay, plus you’ll have a standard coffee maker. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm. If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. The beach and boardwalk were three blocks away, very walkable. There were restaurants and a CVS super close; even minigolf was walkable (8 blocks, if you have slightly older children - my 10 year old did it easily). The inside was very clean and the decor was cute and beachy - loved that there were two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. Starter pack provided was perfect; communication from owner was proactive and clear. Keypad was super easy to get in. More than enough room for 3 of us and probably could fit the max 5 people easily.
