Our homes are treated regularly, but some outdoor elements are unavoidable in Ocean City. If anything seems off — an appliance issue, a maintenance need, or anything unexpected — please notify us immediately. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly. While such issues do not qualify for refunds, we always do our best to resolve them quickly. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before your arrival, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. A $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition. Ocean City enforces strict noise ordinances. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund. Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. We had some issues upon check in- the front door wouldn’t lock, microwave was broken and not working at all, k cup coffee machine was present but we were told no machine hence we didn’t bring any pods, and a set of bath towel was missing. Though these issues were addressed the next day by the evening, we faced inconveniences especially with the front door lock issue, overnight. This can be a safety hazard. Other than that, the house was in good condition. Shower gels were not provided at all, so be sure to carry all toiletries.

King bed was a little softer than we like but if that was our biggests problem I'd say we were doing ok. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved it overall. Thank you so much!!

The walk to the beach from this deck is short and easy. The lady checking in to get your parking permit is so helpful and nice as well as the lady on the pool deck. This lady put chairs out for you and made you feel you were at a 5 star hotel I was not expecting that. The condo was comfortable,clean and decorated for the beach perfect for our family of four adults. The kitchen was beautiful even if you don’t cook. The only negative Was not having 2 full bathrooms but we made it work. Thanks had a great time
