The 9400 Building went up in 1974 at 9400 Coastal Highway, on the ocean side at 94th Street. It is a 164-unit tower with a secured lobby, elevators, lounges off the ground floor and a pool deck between the building and the sand. Our six condos are spread between the fourth and fifteenth floors, and all of them are two-bedrooms.

All six are two-bedroom condos sleeping five to eight, on the fourth, tenth, eleventh, thirteenth and fifteenth floors. Every one has a private balcony; the higher units look straight out at the Atlantic, and several catch the bay on the other side of the island too.
The list below comes straight from our listings, so there are no surprises at check-in.
What the building gives you beyond the condo itself. The 9400 condominium association runs these spaces and sets the hours, not us, so they can change for maintenance or by season.
Getting around. The 9400 Building is at 9400 Coastal Highway, on the ocean side at 94th Street. The beach is directly behind the pool deck. The Coastal Highway bus stops outside, and the Route 90 bridge is about a mile and a half south.
Eat and drink. ACME Market is across the highway, which is the single most useful fact about this building on arrival day. Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets and Lombardi's are all in the same crossing. Seacrets is about two miles south on the bay.
Things to do. Gold Coast Mall is about 20 blocks north, at 113th to 115th Street, the Art League of Ocean City is close by on 94th, the Ocean City Branch Library is nearby, and Ropewalk sits on the bay side. The Boardwalk is a bus ride or a short drive south.

An honest read from our local team, so you pick the right building the first time.

The floor changes the trip here more than the layout does. The fourth-floor unit has the longest balcony of the six and puts you close to the pool and the lobby, which is what you want with small children and a lot of gear. The eleventh, thirteenth and fifteenth floors trade that for the long view: ocean in front, and on a clear evening the bay and the water tower behind you. Ninety-fourth Street is uptown enough to be calm and central enough that the bus gets you to the Boardwalk without moving the car. The one thing to plan around is laundry, which is coin-operated downstairs rather than in the condo.

We already manage six condos in this building, so our cleaners know how the elevators behave on a Saturday in July, our maintenance people know the building, and every guest gets a local number that a person answers.
You do not need a manager with a desk in your lobby to rent your unit well. What matters is who picks up the phone on a Friday night, and who shows up when the air conditioning quits in August.
Zachary, Alex and Max will walk you through what your unit should earn and what they would change to get there.
